Staffing Services

Meridian Services Group provides clients with temporary and temp-to-hire candidates. We understand the process of recruiting, interviewing, reference check & testing. We understand that not every client is the same. Our goal is simple, finding the best associate that best fits our customer’s needs and solutions to their overall staffing.

Temp-to-Hire

 Provides the opportunity to evaluate a candidate performance for a period of 580 hours/3 months probation at no additional cost prior to making a decision to hire. 

Direct Hire

 Refers to a position where client intends on hiring the candidate directly. A selection process by recruiting, interviewing and drug screen, reference check, background and testing. 

On-site management

Customized solution that handles employees supervision at client site, assisting in the day -to -day operations at clients site. Allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Seasonal Employee

Employees working during specific time period of the year usually during customer peak.

Temporary staffing

 Short term assignment usually seasonal work or project work.
